8-12 WEEKS after placement, your IMPLANT READY FOR RESTORATION - IMPLANT case sent to Implants & Periodontal Arts will be READY FOR RESTORATION & SCHEDULED within 8-12 weeks in your office. Our office will provide the following:

Torque test and an intra-oral digital scan at the time of final implant check.
The digital scan of the implant position after integration and torque test will be sent to your office via email.
- Anyone utilizing a CEREC system in their offices may request a TibBase implant abutment prior to the patient’s appointment in your office.
The office may forward the digital scan to the lab of their choice or mill the restoration chair side utilizing their CERECmachine, reducing your “Chair Time” and saving the patient an extra visit for impressions or a scanning appointment.

All PPO insurances ACCEPTED - Your Patient will never be turned away or over charged outside the contracted fee schedule regulated by the insurance company.

EMERGENCY Treatment - SAME DAY
Dedicated 1 hour slot daily for our referrals, exclusively, to cater to your patient who need immediate, same day emergency care.

Clinical Presentation/Condition

• 6mm+ probe depths particularly without multiple local factors (calculus/plaque)

• Vertical bone defect on radiograph

• Recession of 3mm+ (if there is less than 2mm of keratinized tissue)

• Exposed roots, furcation involvement

• Complex patients

• Peri-implant disease, periodontal abscess

• Aggressive Periodontitis

Treatment Resistant

• Post SRP 4-6 week re-eval, if fail to get a good response (probe depths still remaining 6mm+ localized or generalized 5mm+)

• Unresolved inflammation at any given site

•Refractory/recurrent disease

• Implant Treatment

Missing single or multiple teeth
